Mekong Delta at a glance 06 days/ 05 nights from 10th Apr 2016 to 15th Apr 2017
G'day Ms Anh Pham,
Thank you for your Welcome Home message.
We had a good time in the Mekong Delta. The 2 hotels were very good, centrally located and well maintained premises.
The tour guide, Viet and driver Chi were also very good.
The only problem was the weather and no tour agency can do anything about that. It was very hot and quite humid. Other than that we enjoyed the tour.
Thank you for arranging it for us.
Regards.
Mr. Gobinathan Nair from Australia

Wonder of Luang Prabang from 01 Jan to 04 Jan 2017

To Ms Binh Yen,
I am writing this email in my personal capacity to show our (my wife - Mdm Goh Kim Cheok & I - Mr Koh Bing Hock) for your company, through your Tour Leader - Mr Lee, who has been taking very good care of us during our stay in Luang Prabang.
We fully understand that it is not easy to handle a large group but nevertheless, Lee had managed all of us very well. He has always been very willing to help us throughout the 4 days we were in Luang Prabang.
He is very punctual and he speaks confidently in English, though sometimes he pronunciation maybe slightly different from ours. He also was able to explain to us many Historical Facts about Luang Prabang and the surrounding Tourist Sites.
Overall, we have enjoyed the Trip and would once again like to Thank Mr Lee and Laos Travel for taking good care of us.
Best Regards,
Mr & Mrs Koh Bing Hock from Malaysia

Hi Anh Pham
I had an enjoyable trip to Laos. Excellent guide in Vientiane  and very helpful one from Vientiane to Luang Prabang.  The driver was very careful and cautious while driving to Luang Prabang from Vientiane. I have also given the feedback of my tour.

LAOS EXPERIENCE (24 Nov – 29 Nov 2016)
Dear Laos Travel,
Unbeatable fares! Tuan was efficient, accommodating and honest. Guides were friendly and knowledgeable but we sometimes felt a bit rushed. Would definitely recommend Laos Travel.
Mr Ruzhe Chew from Australia

LAOS EXPERIENCE (1 Nov – 8 Nov 2016)
Dear Tuan,
We were very pleased with the service, organization and the content of our trip. Personal guidance and travel was wonderful. We have enjoyed our trip very much.
The only thing we were not satisfied with are the hotels:
In Luang Prabang, the room that we first got was smelly and very dark, directly on the street when you opened the door. So we got another one which was good. But it was very noisy and the breakfast was very limited and every day the same.
Same thing happened in Vang Vieng, after changing room it was fine, the breakfast there was good.
The hotel in Vientiane looked promising on the outside, but the room was very dated and smelly. The breakfast was not good.
Best regards,
Karine Scheys from Malaysia,

GRAND VIETNAM TOUR (23 Oct – 11 Nov 2016)
Dear Tuan Phan,
I want to tell you that we were very pleased with your service. In particular the respect of the itinerary, the hotels, the professionalism and expertise of the guides, the courtesy of the drivers. Special thanks for the assistance given to me because of my limited ability to walk as a result of the accident had little before the departure from Italy. Certainly we will turn to you for future travel in Indochina and will recommend to friends and acquaintances your agency.
Still heartfelt thanks
Mr. Mauro Gamba Chiri from Italy

Dear Viet
We are having a wonderful time. The accommodation and tours with guides have been great. Laos is quite different from Vietnam. Much quieter, very green and rural. The people here are very friendly despite it being a very poor country. Our friends
Chris and Judy are very pleased with the service and mentioned they would use you if the ever wanted a trip to Myanmar.
Thanks for everything.
Kind regards
Beverley from Australia

Dear Tuan,
The itinerary, the guides, the drivers and the accommodation were all fantastic and we have already recommended you to friends. We do not know how you could have made things better especially when you needed to change the itinerary at the last minute because of the typhoon.
Some advice on tipping would be useful.
It was great meeting the guide leader in Hanoi and to build an acquaintance

VIETNAM & LAOS DISCOVERY 12 DAYS (14 Jan – 27 Jan 2016)
Dear Mr Tuan Phan
We have now returned from Singapore to a very cold England, but with lovely memories of a wonderful holiday, both in Singapore with our family and in Vietnam and Laos
We very much enjoyed our trip, with many highlights - particularly Luang Prabang and Halong Bay, but also the excitement of Hanoi and Saigon, and the beauty of Hoian
The arrangements all went well and we had 2 very good guides, in Danang / Hue and in Saigon
Overall the hotels were excellent - but we should have taken your suggestion of the Villa Santi in Luang Prabang  -  I think it would have been better than the Victoria which was a little disappointing. It is not as good as its sister hotel in Siem Reap, and I am sending you 2 photos taken from our balcony - we really couldn't use the balcony - and I am sure other guests will say the same. We asked to be moved to a different room and would have been happy to pay more, but they wouldn't do so.
But apart from that, all the hotels were good, and the service very good
We are already looking ahead to our next trip, probably to Myanmar, and we shall be in touch when we have dates
With many thanks for all your help and all the arrangements
Best wishes
Sue and Mike Bone from England

We would like to say thanks at our guide Ken and our driver Somsouk during our travel in Laos.
They are both very pleasant persons.

BEST OF THE NORTH VIETNAM 8 days (21 - 28 Nov 2015)
Dear Mr. Anh Tran,
We arrived safely back to Singapore at 10.00pm last night.
Thank you very much for taking good care of us throughout our entire trip and, especially for setting us up for the night in Hanoi and for transportation between the airport and the hotel despite the very late hours. Please thank the company on our behalf for both the very nice gifts as well as for the hotel accommodation and transportation. Thank you.
We had a wonderful time despite the flight cancellation and the some episodes of rainy weather. We also appreciate and understand Vietnam Airlines’ decision to cancel our flight due to bad weather as passenger and crew safety are of paramount importance.
Following is our feedback on the guides, hotel accommodation and itinerary at the respective locations:
TOUR GUIDE:
Sunny (Hanoi): Excellent. Very thorough explaining clearly in detail our program for the day. Very knowledgeable and patient telling us the history and culture of Hanoi and the country. Energetically bringing us around the town. Very Attentive to our safety needs when crossing the busy streets. Unbeatable customer care helping with our luggage, bringing us right up to the cabin for our train journey to Lao Cai, ensuring that we were settled in properly and explaining the cabin’s safety features.
May (Sa Pa): The scenery, good weather, beautiful colours of Bac Hac and Sa Pa and the very good hotel accommodation saved the day.
When we came out of the train station we had to wade through the crowd waiting outside the arrival hall to locate May. There was no demonstrated excitement or commentary as we made our journey from Lao Cai to Bac Hac. The bus we were on did not have an extra step making our way up and down from the bus difficult. A make-shift stool was available for use. May was not interested to use the stool nor made any effort to help us up and down from the bus. When crossing the street she just walked ahead without ensuring our safety.  We were driven to Ban Pho village, walked a short distance along the main road, took some pictures of the rice fields but had to ask her to walk us through the village. I brought some ‘snake and ladder ‘game boards and dice that I wanted to give to the children. We located three of them and I asked May to explain the rules of the game. She was not interested to teach and did it haphazardly telling me that they understood how to play. We were supposed to have 2 tracks (Cat Cat and Ta Van). May did not do Cat Cat. We went to the Silver Waterfall and she told us we could take a picture from the entrance without attempting to buy the entrance tickets until we told her that we wanted to go up. If we had not spent time going up she would have left us back at Lao Cai and considered her job done four to five hours before the train’s departure. When we finally made our way to the train station 15 minutes before train departure she commented that most tour guides “dump ‘the tourists early at the station. We felt that she was trying to cut short our itinerary for her own convenience and to finish her job early at Lao Cai train station.
There appears to be a huge disconnect between her duties and responsibilities as the tour guide, and her actual performance. I graded her ‘Average ‘on her survey form but her performance was actually below average. No interest, no initiative, no pride and association with the Sa Pa ethnic community except for her own ethnic group.
Sinh (Ninh Binh): Very knowledgeable, patient, courteous and soft spoken. He accompanied my children on the bicycle ride from the bicycle rental shop to the temple at the end of the road.
Nam (Hui and Hoi An): Very knowledgeable. Pleasant, courteous and patient. Flexible and Accommodative (he took us to visit the central market in Danang even though it is not in the itinerary).
HOTEL ACCOMODATION:
Hanoi: Good and Clean
Sa Pa: Very Good. Good Breakfast. Good View, Good Service.
Ninh Binh: Average. Musty Smell in Rooms. Cleanliness Needs Improvement.
Hoi An: Best: Breakfast. Location (By the river). Hotel Services. Complimentary Street Snacks and Boat Ride.
FOOD:
We enjoyed lunch at 5 Spices Restaurant in Hanoi most. The interior décor, staff service and food selection was truly impressive.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE:
The entire tour was very well organized and everything went along very smoothly and seamlessly. Your and the company’s prompt response to our call for help with the airline’s late-night flight cancellation was most commendable in terms of customer service. We truly appreciate your efforts with ensuring our comfort and safety over the entire trip.
VIETNAM:
My wife and I were in Ho Chi Minh City about 5 years ago. It was very busy and new buildings were going up. However, this trip brought us outside the city of Hanoi and we could truly see what the government has done and continue to do good for the people. Good roads, new highways, planned expansion of public facilities, education, new buildings, more hotels being built to take care of tourists. Vibrant private enterprise.
Vietnam is a big agricultural country with a big population. The government has to ensure that the people have a reasonably good life. As with economic development it is not possible to satisfy everyone especially if relocation is necessary for the sake of development. The most important thing is that the government tries its best to take care of the people’s needs. There is a lot of potential for growth in Vietnam. Natural resources, a young, dynamic and educated population and the energy that comes with it to create a better life. Hopefully, Vietnam will stay firm as a member of ASEAN and stay neutral in not siding America nor China in the South China Sea. Vietnam has experienced American napalm bombings and destruction of lives and property and has also witnessed the destruction of the Middle East coming swiftly after America’s invasion of Iraq. As a key member of ASEAN, ASEAN must work to fend off any attempts by both sides for influence with self-development the main priority and focus. Without peace in the South China Sea the economic growth of Vietnam and ASEAN will be badly affected.
Thank you very much once again for making our trip most enjoyable, safe and smooth.

Best Regards,
Louis from Singapore

HIGHLIGHTS OF LAOS 8 DAYS (20 Sep – 27 Sep 2015)
Dear Mr. Tuan Phan,
Overall the services provided by Laos Travel were fine. Mr. Tuan Phan was responsive, the drivers were well experienced and the tour guides were also knowledgeable. My only complaints are regarding the choice of the hotels especially in Vientiane. The second hotel I stayed was old and run down and the breakfast were so so. For private tour, I suggest that you offer your guest with options i.e. hotels with 3, 4 and 5 stars and let the guest choose according to their finances. Additionally, I suggest that (i) you offer local attraction/dances, give description and whether they want to take it at a proposed price; This is important especially if it is their first visit.

TOP JOURNEY IN LAOS & MYANMAR 10 days (22 - 31 Mar 2015)
Dear Anh,
Thank you for the feedback form.
They gave the trip five stars in all senses.
They were very happy with your services (also in beautiful Luang Prabang which they loved).
Everything went smooth and they will always remember this trip.
Regarding yesterday, Bangkok Airways cancelled their flight to Bangkok and they could only leave at around 19.00 PM.
You can imagine that they were very tired.
They are now in Krabi having a relaxing and fun time, finally with time to rest.
Wishing you all (and your team) the best,
I will keep you posted in the future with more requests,
Congratulations again on your work and attention to detail, it was a pleasure coordinating this trip with you,
Yours truly, from Portugal

Wonder Of Luang Prabang (2nd Jan – 4th Jan 2015)
Dear Tuan
Just want to say how much I enjoyed the 2 days and how well I was looked after.  The organization was excellent and the guide Ken was very solicitous to make sure the trip was personalized for me and he took extra time so that I could do the things I wanted to do.
Best regards.

Best of Laos & Cambodia 14 days (26 Jan – 8 Feb 2015)
Dear Hue good evening (in Italy),
we just came back from our wonderful tour in South East Asia! We absolutely loved the places and the people. We thank you very much for the perfect organisation of the tour and the choice:
-of guides (a special mention to our guide in Siem Reap)
-of Hotels (a special mention for PakBeng Lodge, Santi Villa, Vang Vieng FCC in SiemReap - we had to change the hotel in Siemreap- Memoire d'Angkor- because due to overbooking they left only a very poor room with no windows and very low ceiling , but the second choice was beatiful and fascinating and White House in PhnomPenh)
-of local your office people (a special mention for Miss Anong Chanthamath
-Luang Prabang office - she went with us to eat a night and took care of us very carefully and she is really a wonderful and skillful person).
What can we say more? We are completely satisfied and we were sure to find a really good and excellent service and it happened!
Thank you again : we surely suggest your company to our friends who wants to visit South East Asia and for our future travels!
All our best regards
Francesco Garini and Manuela Sangiorgio from Italy

LUANG PRABANG HOLIDAY from 13 April, 2014 to 15 April, 2014
We had a wonderful time with Mr. Joy. He was professional, interesting and most of all a pleasure to be with. Everyone in the family enjoyed his stories and knowledge of Luang Prabang. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made everyone feel special. The kids were asking why he couldn't stay with us for one more day.
On another note, the guide provided by the elephant sanctuary was not particularly friendly or knowledgeable. He did not readily volunteer information, instead we had to ask him questions about the sanctuary. He kept on telling us he would tell us the "rules about elephants" and he never did. He did offer us coffee 5 times thought, each time we declined. He also made me fill out a survey on his service, as he was standing nearby I felt pressured to give him a good report. We were not impressed with his service.
All in all, we had a wonderful holiday in Laos during Pii Mai. Mr. Joy helped to make our trip a very memorable experience, one that we will never forget.
Thank you Mr. Joy from Hong Kong!

Highlights of Cambodia and Laos 15 days. From 23rd Feb until 9th March 2014.
Dear Ms Mary D,
Had a very good flight back although in Cambodia we had tore apply for a visa due to changment of carrier.Since we had to make a new check-in at Phnom Phenh and had to collect our luggage. It was a bit annoying to have to make a visa for the short interval there, however all went well. Thank God!!!
Thank you so much for taking care of us during our Cambodia and Laos trip. We enjoyed our stay in These countries very much. Laos was very Special in many ways and all of us agreed that we made a very memorable trip.
Our best wishes and regards to all those who have made our trip so very pleasant..
Sincerely
Mariam & HR Zollinger from Switzerland

Xieng Khuang charity tour from 07 March, 2014 to 09 March, 2014
Sabaidee Thuy,
Thank you for doing all the preparations for the Luang Prabang tour. Mr. Chantavong and Mr. On were great on the trip. Couldn't ask for a better guide and driver. Just got back into Singapore. I will most definitely come back to Laos again...
Yes, I did gain a lot of insight on the culture and its history especially in Xieng Khouang... There are great archaeological discoveries to be made still... I cannot wait to tell of my hypothesis to some of my friends who are in field of research on history of our older cultures in the periods BC. It is in line with what they are slowly discovering in Central Vietnam and parts of Malaysia as well as in Singapore. I hope to see the progress of these findings within my lifetime. As for the orphanage, I'm really impressed. I've been to many places in Asia and around the world and so far, of all the S. O. S. Orphanage is the best run and most successful in its systems of education and care...
Will fill out the form some time soon and will definitely be in touch with you when I'm in Laos next time.

HIGHLIGHTS OF LAOS 9 days (31 Oct - 08 Nov 2013)
Hi
Overall it was an excellent experience for myself and my group of friends. Laos is a beautiful country and the people very friendly and honest. What helped me decide to join the tour with Laos Travel was the excellent rapport Mr. Anh Tran built up with me from the time of my initial inquiry. His thoroughness and prompt responses to my inquiries, requests and schedule changes is exemplary. This made me confident that I have someone truly professional I can work with and enabled me to sell the idea to my friends about joining the trip. Our guides Tony and Lab were very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs . The drivers Don and Maki (?) were very careful with driving us around and assisted with our luggage diligently. And, what a big surprise we had when we met MsAnong at the office and were invited to an excellent Laotian cuisine dinner complete with roses for my friend Chong Poh Lin in celebration of her birthday. It was a truly memorable evening.
Ms Anong is most invigorating to spend time with and very helpful with our shopping for souvenirs at the night market. Good staff is the key to a successful service business. I see that in Laos Travel and have asked Mr. Anh Tran for a travel proposal to Vietnam to which he had similarly responded immediately.
And now, to sell my next travel plan to my friends again......
Mr Louis Tan from Singpore

Dear Tuan
I am sorry it has taken me so long to write on our return home. The computers were playing up earlier in the week.

Traveling period: LAOS EPXERIENCE 11 DAYS (20 Nov 2013 - 30 Nov 2013)
Ms. Thuy,
We just got back from Saigon yesterday after 3 flights with a total elapsed time of more than 24 hours. Still in the jet lag mode!
Thanks for reminding me about our comments on the Laos trip. Here are some general comments. There would be no need to identify the names of the guides. They are intended as general advice for your company (and the guides) to provide better quality of the service.
1. I have filled in the comments on the forms given by the tour guides after each segment of the trip, but I would consider the feedback on those forms are superficial, since the timing and conditions are not right for the travellers. For example, how can one fill the from while sloshing around in the car seat...the writing would be all crooked. In addition, giving the form back to the tour guide is awkward since the travellers would not want to hurt the tour guide's feeling (he or she would be tempted read it before giving it to the company, or simply just throw it away, if the comments are so bad...This is simply my interpretation). 2. I simply don't like checking the boxes on the form.
3. Flight: Since Laos is still in its developmental stage, it would not be expected to provide "international level of services". But overall, the service provided by Laos airlines is fine.
3. Laos Visa: This could be simplified by providing better instruction to travellers before landing in LuangPrabang. The visa application could have been filled in ahead of time (but the form downloaded from the Embassy could not be printed on a full page). There is really no need to get the passport size picture taken, since the visa counter at the airport would accept photocopy of the picture on the passport (for a fee of $1.00). In fact, the main page of the passport would provide most of the information required for the visa application, including the picture. There is also a $1.00 service charge (over the $42 application fee) which I did not know about. The line to the visa counters is rather confusing...Traveller need to go underneath a rope (no opening) to go to the next counter for payment. Why not just have one counter with an entrance and exit like in Cambodia which has a much simpler and more user-friendly visa application system at the border.
4. Hotels: In general, the quality is not up to modern standard, especially hotel with a heritage status: uneven and squeaky floor and outdated facilities. One hotel (LuangPrabang) has a movable screen to shield the bath tube from the bed area (privacy issue) and turning on the light in the wash room/bath area would disturb the partner sharing the room, but at least this hotel is located on the river bank with many restaurants within walking distance. There were several water supply interruptions.
Hotels in Vientiane and Pakse are more solid and the outside (especially the one in Pakse) look nice, but the room facilities are not up to modern standard. The hotel in Vientiane is located in a neighborhood that is not enticing for a nice stroll to local restaurants. The one in Pakse is too far from the "downtown" area. So travellers would likely be trapped for dinners. By the way, the restaurant on the second floor has practically no customers (we went in and walked out. Most people would seem to prefer the one on the main floor, where they also serve breakfast. Thre are only tut tuts in Pakse (no taxi) hence the ride would be smoky and dusty.
5. Hotel staff: Just a few people who could speak English well enough, but the overall service is good.
6. Internet: Difficult to connect to the Internet and very slow response. The Internet in Laos is not up to modern standard. It's not plug-and- play like those in Saigon (the free Wifi at the Continental Hotel was excellent, no password required).
7. Tour guides: Except for one in LuangPrabang (he's good and have the skills to cater to travellers), their skills as a tour guide would need significant improvements.
- Communication in English: I would expect a basic level of proficiency. Perfection is not really required, but the communication has to be clear.
- It always good to provide the name and cell phone number on a sheet of paper, just in case there is a need for the travellers to contact the tour guide.
- Similarly, the tour guide should contact the hotel reception in case of delays due to unforeseen circumstance. It's always good for the tour guide to come at least 5 minutes before the pick-up time.
- Pick-up time should be indicated by the Travel Agency on the itinerary (e.g. Tour guide will pick up traveller at say 8:00 am in the hotel lobby). If there are some changes then the tour guide should inform the hotel Reception desk, so that the travellers know what to expect.
- Better communication between tour guides. There seemed to be some miscommunication from one to another.
- Tour guide should explain to travellers what are expected (e.g. walking away in the airport with the passports and boarding passes to another area without informing the travellers is not a good thing). The correct sequence would be to give back to passports and boarding passes to the travellers first, then explain to the travellers that he or she will check to see if Security would be open for screening.
- Cruise: The logistic of this cruise is not good. Too much time is required to reach to cruise boat. Bus rides are long, and the small boat ride to reach the cruise boat was too long. In addition, because of the small size (one row in the middle) it was not stable enough to make the passengers feel safe. The boat ride from from the main boat back to Pakse was better in a sense that the transfer boat was bigger hence more stable (travellers would feel safer).
Clearer instruction is required on the itinerary, particularly the pick-up time at the hotel. Some explanation such as: to meet at coffee shop to have some tea/coffee while waiting for other passengers. The tour starts at 9:30 am, by bus (duration?), then by small boats (duration?) to reach the cruise boat, etc...
- Food: Except for one dinner (large fried fish with rice) in the LuangPrabang hotel dining area that (on the river bank in front of the heritage hotet), the food in Laos cannot be compared with the food in Vietnam (much better in Vietnam). The food on the cruise is so-so. They should cut down the number of the dishes and concentrate on the quality of the fewer number of dishes. More "light" fruits such as water melon, orange, tangerine, grapefruit, etc. for breakfast (and after meals) would be welcome. Bananas would be considered as "heavy"/starchy fruit.
I think this would be enough a feedback from me. I am not picky, but since I have travelled extensively I am in a position to compare service from different countries/localities. Hope that these comments would be useful to you and your company. Thanks for your assistance for this trip.
Best regards from Ottawa.
Bob Truong, from Canada

GOLDEN TRIANGLE 11 DAYS (28 October, 2013 - 7 November, 2013)

LAOS EXPLORE 10 DAYS (24 September 2013 - 03 October 2013)
Dear Ms Thuy Do,
My apologies for replying so late.
We would like to thank you for the excellent way you have arranged our holidays. The long journeys were somewhat arduous but always worthwhile and particularly the mountains often breathtaking.
Each time we enjoy looking back at all the pictures we have taken.
We filled in the Laos travel form but it is sometimes difficult to express our experience in a simple number. For instance the accommodation differs from place to place and one guide is not like the other etc.
There are a few comments we did not want to put on the official form, but nonetheless we like you to know.
The way the guides are organized locally is not always in the best interest of chauffeur, guide and customer. The day we arrived in Vientiane after a three hour drive from VangVieng the chauffeur and guide were ordered to drive back immediately to LuangPrabang - Altogether, I believe more than a fifteen hours drive. Although the driver was an excellent chauffeur that is not in the best of interest to health and road safety.
Apparently the guide we had in Vientiane had been on duty until 3 o’clock that night so was rather tired. The whole Vientiane Ciry Tour was a bit rushed. We were back at the hotel by noon and realized that the whole City Tour was finished, which was not quite what the program had indicated. However, having said that, they looked after us very well and the guide who was with us most of the time from LuangPrabang to Vientiane was very dedicated and we were more than impressed with the driver’s skill, nothing was too much for him.
We had a well organized and an excellent holiday in a fascinating country
You were right with the Riverside Boutique Hotel, absolutely great!!
So once again thank you very much, with kind regards from both of us,
Eric Harinck from Nederland

BEST OF LAOS 9 days (27 May - 04 Jun 2013)
Dear Anh,
I hope you are doing well.
I am sorry to write so late but I have been very busy lately. Than I had some other days off and ... I forgot!
Anyway, I am glad to give you some tips about my trip.
Organization: Anh, you've always been at my disposal and ready to personalize my trip. Before choosing you I contacted two more travel agents but you were more professional, more prompt in replying.
Accomodations:
Villa Chitdara in LuangPrabang: very nice, clean and quite. The Lady Manager was absolutely professional but at the same time friendly. I enjoyed my stay and had a very good time.
Elephant Crossing in ViangVieng: service on average, nothing special but the view was amazing!
Lao Orchid in Vientiane: very good, close to the Mekong River which made the difference.
Tour: interesting with many differents things to do. Not only transport by car. I enjoyed the time biking, hiking and kayaking. There was a good balance between time to sightseeing and relax in town, hotel.
Guide: needless to say, Joy has been among the best guides I've ever had. Never late, always helpful, he also took some time to spend with me after job hours. And he took me into the villages to meet with people which is one of the best thing I like while travelling. I appreciated that very much.
I forgot the name of the guides in Vientiane and last day in LuangPrabang. I spent only one day with both of them but they were professional too and very helpful. They were always punctual and ready to help or answer to my questions.
Finally ... it is your job, it was my vacation but I feel I have new friends in Asia.
I hope to meet you again one day, for another wonderful trip in Indochina.
My best to you, Ms. Anong, Joy and all the staff who, I am sure, worked. To all of you my personal thank.
Ciao.
Giorgio from Italy

Laos & Cambodia 20 days - from 7 Nov 2012 until 26 Nov 2012
Hello Mary,
I just wanted to let you know the entire trip was wonderful.  The portion in Laos was perfectly organize, Cambodia less so but the guide provided, Mr. Ratanak, was exceptional.  He made our trip to Cambodia the best we could ever expect.  He dealt with any obstacle efficiently but best of all his knowledge of Khmer history is at the scholarly level.  We are quite knowledgeable ourselves in this area but he is truly an expert and you are fortunate to have him in your employ.  We will recommend your services for many reasons but mainly it would be to have Mr. Ratanak as the guide in Cambodia.
Thank you for everything,
Regards, Brian

Laos Holiday 12 days (25th Feb – 7th Mar 2012)
Dear Mr Phan,
Just a quick note to thank you for the excellent tour of Laos you organized for me and my friend. I particularly wanted to comment on the excellent guide and driver you arranged for the trip. The guide was knowledgeable, efficient and very polite. Both he and the driver were always on time, and always happy to consider our suggestions. I'm also confident we had the best driver in Laos! He navigated the mountain roads with great skill.
I also very much appreciated your prompt assistance in advance of the trip. When relying on the internet, a great deal of trust is involved in and this case I was very pleased with the result. I will certainly recommend your company to my friends.
Kind regards

Laos and Vietnam Adventure: 17th Feb to 6th Mar 2012
Tuan,
Thanks for your mail and also for a very nice trip. Below you our comments about our trip:
•    Hanoi: duration was good I think we saw what was important and had good free time. Hotel very good
•    Halong Bay. Very nice trip on the boat (we are sailing people) and the islands were breathtaking.
•    It was also good that we got back to Hanoi and stayed over for an additional night
•    The car trip to Dien Bien was very good we saw a lot of northern Vietnam and your countryside. That we had to take an alternative road because of landslide is things which happens. We stopped at many place to take pictures and look. The car driver and guide was very good. The town Son La was not so good.
•    The transfer between Vietnam and Laos worked out fine even if the local border control tried to delay things.
•    The car trip to Muang Khua was with a very nice scenery. Because of delay at border we were a little too much in a rush.
•    I liked Muang Khua it was a frontier town for me but my wife did not like it.
•    The boat trip to Luang Prabang was the best of the whole trip. Totally wonderful
•    Luang Prabang was really good as well as the hotel. Timing was also good maybe we spend a little too much time seeing Stupas and Temples with the guide.
•    The whole trip in southern Laos was good as well as the hotels. The scenery was very nice and we learned and saw a lot. The last night In Pakse was useless it could have been at La Folie Lodge instead. Your guide and driver was good
•    The stop in Vientiane was also good. 2 days was good.
•    A general comment is that it is good to be picked up at the airports when departing it is as easy for us to take a taxi to the airport instead of the guide taking us. But some people might feel more secure the way we did it.
•    I also think that the whole trip was well planed and we got to see a lot of local things and we learned much about your region. Thanks.
If you have any more questions just send me an email.
And if you want to use us as a reference you are more than welcome.
Regards
Hakan from Holland

Laos Highlights 21st Jan to 28th Jan 2012
Dear Tuan Phan.
We were very content with your planning of our trip, which we enjoyed very much.
Both guides were very good; they know a lot, and were good at telling us the stories. We got a very good insight in Buddhist thoughts, lifestyle and manners. Those two men are very recommendable.
Both drivers drove safely and with good skills.
The hotel in Luang Prabang was new and very nice, the staff very good. The hotel in Vientiane is the only thing which was not up to our standard.
It was our first trip to Asia, but for sure not the last.
Regards
Claus Koch Soerensen from Denmark

Laos & Vietnam Adventure 24th Jan to 6th Feb 2012
Hi Tuan Phan,
We arrived Spain on Sunday.
I didn't contact you before, because I had a lot of work in my work.
We write to inform you that all were ok, and we enjoy a lot.
Just let you know that was great. The guides were very friendly and very attentive, they did all for us.
Thank you very  much too for the presents, we like very much.
Vietnam and Laos countries are very beautiful and different from ours, so it was a very enjoyable and rewarding, to return again.
Also let you know that we had a problem with the customs office of exit, when we entered Laos, paid the visa, they put the entry stamp, like everything to do the guide, we did not check the passports, and in my passport had not the enter seal, then in Vientiane, the police wanted that I must to return to the top (customs were we enter to Laos) for me to put the seal, if not, could not get out of Laos, at the end we solve it by paying $ 100. I paid and we take the flight.

Best Regards
Anna from Spain
