  1. Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival – City Tour.

    Welcome to Vietnam’s financial hub: Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Meet your guide and we start the city tour to the Reunification Palace, the War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Post Office and Ben Thanh Market. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
    Meals: N/A.
    Accommodation: Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. 


     

  2. Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh City.

    Today you spend a day away from the busy city and drive to Ben Tre Province. Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, an ancient southern architectural gem in Tien Giang en route. On arrival at Hung Vuong Pier, get on your private boat for a glimpse of the delta scenery while enjoying coconut juice. Experience the unique lifestyle of the Mekong Delta as you visit fruit orchards, coconut groves, brick workshops, and home-made products such as coconut candies, rice cakes, handicrafts, etc. After a short walk to visit a local family to learn how they make sedge mat and enjoy tea, tropical fruits, take ‘Xe Loi’, a kind of motorized rickshaw or you can hop onto your bicycle and peddle through picturesque villages (about 20 minutes). Stop at a riverside restaurant for a delicious and filling lunch. Then board a sampan for a relaxing trip along narrow canals. The boat will be waiting for you at the pier nearby to bring you back to Ben Tre where your car will take you back to Ho Chi Minh City.

  3. Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – Fly to Danang – Hoian – Walking Tour.

    We take a flight to Danang and transfer to Hoian. Enjoy time for relaxation as you immerse yourself in the tranquility and charm of this sleepy riverside town. From the 16th to 18th centuries Hoian was a thriving international port frequented by Chinese, Dutch, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Arab traders, who came to trade in the high quality silk still produced in the region. Today, Hoian is a relaxing town popular with tourists for its eclectic architecture, skilled tailors and numerous cafes. Take a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the ancient quarter, visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, the Chinese Assembly Hall, the 200-year-old Tan Ky ancestral house and the famous Japanese Bridge. In the afternoon, enjoy free time to shop, explore the town or relax on the beach.

  4. Day 4: Hoian – Eco Tour (Join-in Group).

    Join the eco tour to experience an enjoyable trip with immense delight from rural areas to coastal fishing villages on Hoian estuary. We will offer you a deep insight into the local people’s daily life activities. Don’t forget to take your cameras to capture memorable moments when you go on our tour.
    - Pick up at hotel (in Hoian centre only)
    - Cycle to the countryside
    - Participate in riding water buffalo with farmers
    - Visit local bamboo handicraft spot
    - Head to Cam Thanh village and take a rest at local people's house
    - Get on a boat to visit the coastal fishing village in Cua Dai
    - Join in traditional fishing activities of the local fishermen.
    - Learn to paddle bamboo baskets boat
    - Catch crab with local people in the water coconut forest
    - Enjoy lunch at the local house
    - Back to hotel, rest of the day is free at leisure

  5. Day 5: Hoian – Danang – Fly to Hanoi.

    Have breakfast at the hotel then drive to the airport to catch your flight to Hanoi, Vietnam’s bustling colonial capital. Your guide and driver will meet you outside the baggage claim of Noi Bai Airport and take you to your hotel in the city center.

  6. Day 6: Hanoi City Tour.

    Today you have a full day to explore Vietnam’s charming capital. With its wide tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and ancient oriental pagodas; Hanoi is an eclectic mix that offers something for everyone. Your city tour will take you to Hanoi’s key sites: the Ho Chi Minh Complex (Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and stilt house), the nearby One Pillar Pagoda; the Presidential Palace; the Temple of Literature; the Quan Thanh Temple, the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda & West Lake; and one of the city's museums (a choice between the History Museum and the Ethnology Museum). Later in the afternoon, enjoy a traditional Water Puppet Performance – a unique Vietnamese art form hailing from Southeast Asia’s wet-rice culture.

  7. Day 7: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight on Cruise.

    Halong Bay is one of the most loved spots in Vietnam for it's natural beauty. On this Halong Bay tour, we take you away from the hectic pace of life in Hanoi and introduce you to the tranquil, beautiful Halong Bay...
    Following breakfast, journey east through the rich farmland of the Red River Delta to Halong Bay, truly one of Vietnam's most scenic impressive sights. On arrival you are welcomed onboard a traditional junk. Settle into a private comfortable cabin and unpack for a two days cruise around Halong Bay. Along the way, enjoy a huge lunch served on board and admire the picturesque scenery of islands. These limestone karst formations are littered with beaches, grottoes and beautiful caves. You will anchor for a leisurely swim in a secluded cove and an enjoyable visit to Sung Sot cave, one of the many hidden grottoes beneath towering cliffs. The remainder of day is for your own pleasure; observing the bay, lazing around the deck or simply soaking up the sunshine.

  8. Day 8: Halong Bay – Hanoi.

    Awake early and participate in Tai Chi on the top deck or simply relax and enjoy the sunrise over the bay’s towering islands. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea, before setting out to explore nearby islands by rowboat. Return to the junk for breakfast then take advantage of the sundeck and admire the amazing rock formations of the bay as you navigate back to Halong City. Have brunch on board while cruising to Halong pier. Your driver will meet you at the dock and take you back to your hotel in Hanoi. Rest of the day, you are free to relax or explore the Hanoi Old Quarter yourselves.

  9. Day 9: Hanoi – Fly to Vientiane – City Tour.

    Farewell Vietnam, we take a flight to Vientiane, Laos’ capital, an old French colonial trading post. This city is both abundant in French architecture as well as beautiful, ornate Buddhist temples. Even though it is the country’s largest city, it has not lost its friendly and laid back character. Meet your guide and we explore Vientiane - the charming and fascinating capital of Laos, one of the classic Indochinese cities which conjure up exotic images, with its intriguing mix of Lao, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, French, American and Soviet influences. Our visit will take you to the key sites: Wat Sisaket the city ‘s oldest surviving temple with thousands of silver and porcelain images in the gloriously authentic temple compound that offers you a glimpse into the Vientiane of the past, the next stop is Haw Phra Kaeo. This large temple is beautiful both interior and exterior, it was built to house the famed Emerald Buddha in courtyards filled with frangipani trees. Next is the visit Pha That Luang, the giant golden stupa is a sight to see as the bright gold holds a sharp contrast to the pure blue sky. Then you will go to climb the Arc De Triomphe of Laos, Patuxai. The massive arch has a beautiful mosaic tiled ceiling and once at the top you can see for miles around Vientiane.

  10. Day 10: Vientiane – Fly to Luang Prabang – Kuang Si Waterfall.

    We leave Vientiane for a flight to Luang Prabang, profoundly influenced by the French, unquestionably earns the title of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, this exquisite town in Laos is not to be missed under any circumstances. Situated on the peninsula formed by the Mekong and the Nam Khan River, Luang Prabang is a perfect spot to unwind, eat good food and enjoy the scenery.
    In the afternoon we visit the Ban Ouay, Hmong Hill tribe and Ban Ou, Lowland Lao. Continue driving to the beautiful Kuang Si Waterfall where you can splash around in the pools or walk along the forest paths. You are free to visit the Bear Rescue Centre which relies solely on partners, corporate sponsors and donations from the public. Back to the old town.

  11. Day 11: Luang Prabang – Pak Ou Caves – City Tour.

    Take a morning cruise along the Mekong River, about two hours upstream from the centre of Luang Prabang, and discover the numerous Buddha images at Pak Ou Caves. Pak Ou means mouth of the Ou river including Tham Ting (lower cave) and Tham Theung (upper cave) overlooking Mekong River. They are a group of caves on the right side of the Mekong River. It is then only a short distance from the caves to the village of Ban Xang Hai to learn about LauLao (Lao whisky) and LauHai (Lao wine). Before returning the old town we stop to visit Ban Xangkhong where the Lue peoples of this village are noted in particular for their arts and crafts.
    In the afternoon, we visit Royal Palace Museum, was built in 1904 during the French colonial era for King Sisavang Vong and his family. Then head to the magnificent Wat Xiengthong - representative of classic Laotian architecture. Later that day, we adjourn to the Phousi hill to enjoy the marvelous panoramic views of the town at sunset.

  12. Day 12: Luang Prabang – Fly to Siem Reap

    Enjoy last morning then we fly to Siem Reap, the provincial capital and gateway to the ancient Angkor temples. Designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the Angkor Archaeological Park encompasses dozens of temple ruins including Bayon, Banteay Srei and the legendary Angkor Wat. Upon arrival, our driver and a tour guide will welcome you at the airport and take you to the hotel to check in.
    In the afternoon, head out of town and embark on a short cruise along Tonle Sap Lake to visit the local floating villages.

  13. Day 13: Siem Reap – Old market - Oxcart Countryside – Tonle Sap lake

    We start a day at Old Market, a kind of typical oriental bazaars where you’ll walk around and learn the local art of how to bargain when purchasing items.
    Enjoy ox-cart through the village you will see many friendly local people going about their day.
    Then, we leave Siem Reap for 1.5-2 hour drive to Kampong Phluk – a floating village on the Tonle Sap.
    We will take a boat trip through the houses on stilts, canals and mangroves. It is really unique experience that exposes you to the hardships and tribulations facing the locals on a day to day basis. Enjoy the sunset over the lake before transfer back to hotel where you spend the rest of time on your own.
    Notes: The itinerary to Kampong Phluk subjects to change based on the season (water levels) and weather. 
    Back to hotel to relax.

  14. Day 14: Siem Reap – Angkor Wat – Angkor Thom – Ta Prohm.

    Rise up early to pick up the most beautiful, haunting and spiritual moment to visit magnificent Angkor Wat at dawn. This special activity is designed also to help you see “the Temple reflex on the water” when it’s much cooler. Angkor Wat, the UNESCO World Heritage Site, which was constructed by Suryavarman II who reigned Cambodia from 1113 to 1152 and built the five towers in the 12th century and dedicated them to the Hindu God Vishnu. The plan of the pyramidal conception of the temple combined with spaces, alleys and ditches is an ancient masterpiece of architectural design and construction. Back to hotel for breakfast.
    Your journey continues with a visit of the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its majestic doors and artifacts. From here, move to monumental temple of Bayon which is the heart of Angkor Thom. Later, visit the Elephant Terrace, Terrace of the Leper King and Takeo "Jewel of Crystal", which is dedicated to the Hindu God Shiva and was erected at the end of the 10th century. You should not miss Ta Prohm Temple, which is a wonderful combination of human genius and natural beauty with its giant trees that have grown there for centuries.

  15. Day 15: Siem Reap – Departure.

    Depart from hotel to the airport for departure flight back home.
    Meal: Breakfast.
