In dry season, the average temperatures in the cool months (December – February) vary between 16 and 21 °C (60 and 70 °F) with the coolest month coming to January. In March and April, the temperature increases higher over 32 °C (90 °F) with April as the hottest month of year when Lao New Year and water festival occurs.
